LAVA and RSVP are joining forces. RSVP, or Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, is a Senior Corp program and one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for people 55 and over. You can use the skills and talents you’ve learned over the years, or develop new ones while serving in a variety of volunteer activities within your community. Current LAVA volunteers and new volunteers, kindly fill out the RSVP form found HERE and return to the LAVA office.
Through VolunteerMatch and the Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization monthly newsletter, volunteer jobs are advertised on an ongoing basis. Please click on the VolunteerMatch icon below to see a listing of current volunteer opportunities.
If you are already a LAVA volunteer and would like to report your hours, there are several way you can do this. You can call them in (662-8923), or email them in (lava@losalamosseniorcenter.
Although LAVA’s focus is on senior volunteers, volunteers of all ages are encouraged to volunteer with LAVA.
