LAVA and RSVP are joining forces. RSVP, or Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, is a Senior Corp program and one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for people 55 and over. You can use the skills and talents you’ve learned over the years, or develop new ones while serving in a variety of volunteer activities within your community. Current LAVA volunteers and new volunteers, kindly fill out the RSVP form found  HERE and return to the LAVA office.

Reporting Volunteer Hours

You can call them in (662-8923), or email them in (lava@losalamosseniorcenter.com) or print the form below and drop it by our office located at the BESC on the lower level. Intergenerational Volunteering

Although LAVA’s focus is on senior volunteers, volunteers of all ages are encouraged to volunteer with LAVA. There are many opportunities to engage with seniors, either volunteering alongside senior volunteers or helping seniors during special events or special programs such as Tech Tutoring with Teens.
